The people that we met at this event were incredible and energized beyond what we were expecting.  Young and old alike crowded the area and participated in a variety of activities that included aerobics, martial arts, and some new and wild machines that looked like they would bring a change to any workout.  We look forward to the next Philly Fit and the new fitness innovations that it will reveal!

13th Annual Philly Fit Bash!

Combat Factory Artist - John Stanisci

In the comic book industry there are some names, that when spoken, people start to listen more intently.  John Stanisci not only has the name he has the experience.  He is a top comic book artist that has worked for both Marvel and D.C. comics and who has produced artwork for some of the most famous and popular comic books such as Batman, Batman Beyond, Wolverine, Catwoman, and Superboy.  All of John’s artwork produced for Combat Factory is hand drawn and inked then digitally transferred to produce a product that is unique, memorable and draws attention.  From the comic book collector to the MMA fanatic, his artwork stands out and is appreciated as the finest.


John is also an avid practitioner of traditional Hakkoryu Ju Jutsu.  Rob Carucci, CEO of Combat Factory, who is also a practitioner of this ancient and effective martial art, had the honor of being there during John's test for Shodan (Black Belt First Degree).

Combat Factory is proud to announce our first foray into blogging.  While this will be viewed by some as a cruel experiment with comedic repercussions we tend to think it's akin to neanderthal man trying to light his first fire while wet, cold, and completely annoyed.  Please be advised that Sarcasm and Wit will rear their ugly little heads from time to time, so any offense caused by these two miscreants will be completely coincidental.  You also have the ability to type "www" and "enteryourrandomwebaddresshere.com" so you will have no one to blame but yourselves for any hurt feelings, choking on your morning coffee while trying not to laugh, or any sort of temporary blindness.

On a more serious note, we hope you enjoy the antics and comments by our staff here at Combat Factory, especially by our founders Lord Rizzo and Rob Carucci.  We hope it will bring more insight as to what we are doing here at our company, how we are growing, and what we are doing to give back to not only our local community, but to the global one as well.
